Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. New members get a 7 day free trial with full access. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you signed up through our Vault on Demand Website: go to Account → Manage Membership → End Membership. You keep access until your paid period ends. If you signed up through our Vault on Demand App: Your subscription will be tied to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) and you need to cancel your subscription directly through the Subscriptions menu on your device. Here are the instructions for how to cancel your subscription via Apple and Google Play.

What equipment do I need?

On bike: an indoor cycling bike, towel, and water.

Off bike: a mat, and ideally dumbbells [light 1–5 lb, medium 8–15 lb, heavy 15–35 lb], a mini band, and a bench or sturdy chair. Start with what you have.

Can I use AirPlay or Chromecast?

Yes. Tap the AirPlay or Chromecast icon on the player and select your device.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

Modern versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on desktop and mobile. The site is responsive on phones and tablets. Internet Explorer is not supported.

My video is buffering. What can I do?

Check your connection, close extra tabs or apps, try a different browser, and make sure your OS and browser are up to date. Reducing other streaming on your network can help. Reset your router if buffering persists

How do I change my password or billing info?

Go to Account → Password to update your password.

Go to Account → Billing to update your payment method.

Are memberships refundable?

No. Subscriptions and recurring charges are non refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends

When are new classes added?

New classes are added weekly. We prioritise community feedback from Vault members when scheduling themes and Motivators

How do I contact support?

Email contact@vaultclub.ca with your full name, account email, and a short description of the issue.
